Scam Targets Nebraska Casinos

Omaha, NE — WarHorse Gaming, LLC, the parent company of WarHorse Casino Lincoln and WarHorse Casino Omaha, is alerting the public to a series of recently discovered online advertisements promoting a fraudulent mobile application that falsely claims to be affiliated with WarHorse.

These ads, which have been appearing on social media and other digital platforms, direct users to download an app that appears legitimate but is in no way connected to WarHorse Gaming or any of its affiliated properties. 

In addition, it is important to note that online gaming is not legal in the state of Nebraska. Any platform suggesting otherwise is misrepresenting the law and potentially putting users at risk.
