She goes on to express, "McCook is a great community that I love and want to see continue to prosper." With six kids and three grandkids, she and her husband, Kent, stay very busy.

Norgaard currently serves as the Superintendent of McCook Public Schools. He is honored to join the board, stating, "I believe it is essential for citizens to actively engage with organizations and entities that prioritize the growth, well-being, and quality of life for all residents." He adds, "This personal philosophy strongly resonates with the mission of McCook Community Hospital, which is dedicated to fostering healthy communities through progressive and proactive care." Norgaard is happily married to Michelle and is a proud parent to Hayden and Victoria.
