KC Knocks Out Houston, 23-14
(Kansas City, MO) - The Kansas City Cheifs defeated the Houston Texans on Saturday 23-14. The Texans season comes to an end, meanwhile, Kansas City moves on in the NFL playoffs to host the AFC championship game on Sunday, January 26th at 5:30 pm. The win for the Cheifs also gave Head Coach Any Reid his career 300th victory as a head coach in the NFL. KC will host either Buffalo or Baltimore. The Bills host the Ravens on Sunday night on CBS with a kickoff at 5:30 pm. The NFC divisional round game for Sunday will include the LA Rams at the Philidelphia Eagles at 2:00 pm on NBC.
The other game played on Saturday saw the Washinton Commanders defeat the Detroit Lions 45-31. The Commanders advance to their first conference title game since 1991.
