From Fire to Snow This Week

Critical to EXTREME fire weather conditions likely today. Overall worst conditions favor areas along & west of Highway 183.
Elevated to near-critical fire weather possible again on Wednesday. Not as windy, but still very dry.
Accumulating snow may return to portions of the forecast area Thursday into Thursday night. Greatest risk for over an inch of snow appears to be along & especially north of I-80. Snow will be accompanied by moderate northerly winds.
