Occupants Identified in Plane Crash in McCook

On October 30, 2023, a single engine plane crashed in the rear yard of a residence in the 1400 Block of East C Street in McCook, Nebraska. There were two occupants aboard the plane. The occupants were identified as the pilot, Clifton Coffman age 79, who passed away from his injuries, and his passenger, Henry Richter age 65, who is being treated for his injuries. NTSB and FAA are investigating the crash. Both occupants were from Shreveport, Louisiana.
